Dana Hall School, along with students from Belmont Hill School, present the Tony Award-winning musical comedy Urinetown at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16 in Bardwell Auditorium. The performance is free and open to the public.
Urinetown is a social and political satire musical from 2001, with music by Mark Hollmann and lyrics by Hollmann and Greg Kotis. It is set in a fictional future where a terrible 20-year drought has crippled the city’s water supplies. Urinetown is a tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a time when water is worth its weight in gold.
