The Wellesley Village Church, located at 2 Central St. in Wellesley Square, is holding its annual rummage sale on Saturday, November 7, 9am – 1pm. All sorts of good stuff can be yours on the cheap: household items, books, toys, and clothing for the whole family.

I was permitted a sneak peek at things during set-up and of course, I gravitated to the Chic Boutique, where all good Village Church women donate their perfectly good designer goods that they are perfectly sick to death of. I saw a bona-fide Gucci bag that retails for over $2,000; some lovely Tori Burch shoes; and a very fancy Burberry coat, cool-girl understated sophistication written all over it.

Admission to the sale is $1.00, as it always has been, and likely always will be.
