Gov. Baker gives his blessing to Wellesley town manager move

The only thing more special than a Special Town Meeting, set to take place beginning Feb. 1, is a Special Act signed by the Massachusetts governor.

Gov. Charlie Baker signed just such a document on Friday, further paving the way for Wellesley to go through with its change from an executive director to a town manager later this year pending addition town approvals.
