Longtime Wellesley High School music teacher Steve Scott’s band, Air Traffic Controller, had the honor this week of playing at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. They played at the ASCAP Music Cafe, where the “timeless alliance” of music and film is celebrated.
Who knows, maybe Scott (wind ensemble & concert band conductor at WHS) and his ATC bandmates will get tapped by a film maker to provide some soundtrack music…
If you’re interested in catching the band live, they play locally at the Sinclair in Cambridge (great place to see a show) on Saturday, March 12.
