Residents at the Elizabeth Seton Residence, a non-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility in Wellesley, are now enjoying an audio-therapy interactive radio system dubbed Companion Radio thanks to a $3K grant from the Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club.
The satellite radio service includes programs of therapeutic music, classic radio shows and to support activities ranging from audio bingo to exercise. The programs can be experienced in groups or alone.
The Elizabeth Seton Residence is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity (Halifax).
