The 5th annual Wellesley Middle School French Fete, organized by parents, WMS French teachers, and the WMS French Club, brought together hundreds of children, teachers, and parents as the school community celebrated and experienced French culture. Participants tasted delicious cheeses from Wasik’s, tested their knowledge of French artists and monuments, played a round of quilles, and had their picture taken with the Mona Lisa.

In addition to helping out with the festival each year, the 20 or so French Club members meet weekly to explore French culture through cooking and baking French foods, watching French movies, and celebrating French and francophone holidays. WMS French teacher Rebecca Blouwolff adds, “This year for the first time ever French students formed a separate club to publish our own French-language newspaper” under the guidance of French Club advisor Susan Ridker.
We’re all for more journalism in town. Way to go, WMS French students.

Hi,
I am surprised that nobody had the idea of inviting Your French Gift to this French fete.
Your French Gift boutique was located from August 2013 to June 2016 at 269 Washington Street, Wellesley Hills.
I also want to remind you that I offered a huge and beautiful stuffed hippo for your Christmas Market, during this period. I would have enjoyed providing you some French items, decorating with French cute towels.
I have closed the boutique and moved to Malden, MA. I am now working only online or for special occasions.
I organize the 1st ever French Christmas festival on December 10th at the Community Center of Wellesley.
In addition to Your French Gift products, visitors will enjoy French food from the famous French cafe of Boston, Cafe Madeleine. Could you please spread the word ?
Best regards.
Isabelle Beck, CEO & Manager Your French Gift
