The Boston Globe has published its All-Scholastics team for winter sports, and Wellesley is well represented as usual. The following were name All-Scholastics: Jack McKenna and Nell Solomon (alpine skiing); Kiely Noonan (ice hockey); Thomas D’Anieri (indoor track). A handful of other Wellesley athletes were named All-Stars.
*Lauren Dillon, a long-time Wellesley resident and Bates School alum who is currently the point guard for the Tufts women’s basketball team, is playing in the Division III women’s basketball championship game against Thomas More (Kentucky) on Monday, April 4th in Indianapolis. Dillon graduated from Nobles in 2014.
*Wellesley’s Michael Thorbjornsen won the age 14-15 section of the Drive, Chip & Putt National Finals at Augusta National, where The Masters is played.

*Elizabeth Gill, Anna Creonte and Caroline Baum, all of Wellesley, joined 12 other members of the Norfolk Hunt Pony Club to compete at the Central New England Quiz Rally.
