Super healthy juices will soon be flowing in Wellesley, as Thirst Juice readies its spot at the Belclare complex on Grove Street and Cocobeet moves next door to the Wellesley Toy Shop.
Shame on you if you gave up on Thirst Juice, which had hoped to expand beyond its Downtown Crossing/Financial District location into Wellesley late last year (we profiled them last September). But as the business owners explain on their blog, construction has begun in earnest in Wellesley now, so their smoothies, acai bowls, soups, breakfast goodies and more should be on the way sooner than later.
Cocobeet, meanwhile, has been getting busy on Central Street since May and is readying for its opening, too, possibly by the end of summer. As we mentioned in January, Cocobeet will be serving up cold-pressed juices, raw vegan food, superfood smoothies and organic juice cleanses, as well as breakfast items, sandwiches and salads.
(Update: The Townsman reported in late July that Cocobeet was working through some town requirements for a traffic study before getting the OK to open.)
