Wellesley wonders: how do you say Brow Threading in French?

Brow Threading, former My French Lessons spotIt seems some smart entrepreneur looked around Wellesley and raised an eyebrow when it became clear that there wasn’t a place exclusively for the highbrow set to keep things tidy. That void is set to be filled soon at 269 Washington St., by an eyebrow threading salon. The beauty-conscious of Wellesley Hills will have it made between this new spot and the nail salon that is setting up shop in the old Little Bits Toy Shop space. With so many salons scattered around town, no wonder everybody in Wellesley is so well-groomed (she noted archly). We left a message on the business’ voice mail to find out when they’re opening. We want to make an appointment right away — for journalistic research purposes, of course.

The storefront was recently vacated by Your French Gift, which maintains an online presence as well as lent a touch of French style to our site as an early Swellesley advertiser.
