The town of Wellesley has issued a notice that an an affordable housing lottery will take place in early December for a rental unit at 139R Linden St. Applications for those who might qualify (see maximum household income range in document below) will be available Oct. 20-Nov. 23, and must be postmarked no later than Nov. 30.
The unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and about 1,750 sq. ft. of living space on two levels above what is now C & T Paint and Wallpaper retail store.
