Kids’ Trail Day Canceled
The National Weather Service has issued a high wind advisory for Sunday until 6PM for gusts 40 to 50 mph. Because of the possibility of fallen tree limbs and branches, the Trails Committee has decided to cancel Kids’ Trails Day. Hope for better weather next year!
Join the Wellesley Trails Committee and get your kids out into the woods to have fun and explore nature. Children will look for treasure boxes using letterboxing (written clues). Refreshments served at the end of the activities. No registration is required and no fee is charged. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at 1:00 p.m. at the Longfellow Pond parking lot, located on the left side of Oakland Street 0.9 mi. south of Rt. 9.
