The Great Wellesley Train Show, featuring all sorts of model trains and train-related info, returns to town on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10am-3pm. The event, to be held at the Wellesley Community Center (219 Washington St.), is free and open to the public.
The show will feature a variety of model train scales, from the popular HO gauge to the tiny N gauge to the big old G gauge most commonly seen in Britain. The Mass Bay Railroad Enthusiasts club will have info on its charters of real trains on pre-planned excursions.
The show will also have food available, plus model train merchandise for sale.
The show will also boast a large scale diesel engine and rolling stock replica of the Boston and Maine Railroad on display outside.
