I adore traipsing around town in the snow, taking pictures of Wellesley’s beauty spots. When the snow is falling all is pristine, and I become immersed in wanderings my soul must have. You stay inside and stay warm, Swellesley readers. I got this.

Town Hall from this angle is a shot that’s harder to get than you might imagine. It requires that a snowstorm fall on a weekend. That way there are no cars in the parking lot, cluttering up the sightlines of the shot.

 

This cyclist is staying off the road. Wonder if his tires are studded?

And then this happened. Car trouble always seems to pop out at the most inconvenient times — like Wellesley Square in the middle of a snowstorm.

Do not attempt to rise up against the the oppression that is the snowstorm. Just hunker down and make a pot of soup or something.
