DodgeFest II hits Wellesley on March 18

Community Investors, a non-profit organization offering free sports programs for Wellesley youths, is back with DodgeFest II on Saturday, March 18 from 12-3pm at Wellesley High School. Last year more than 250 kids and adults took part in DodgeFest.

This afternoon celebration of community and youth activity is also the organization’s main fundraiser for the year. The event will feature dodgeball games for elementary and middle school students, and adults, including kids vs. grown-ups. Music will be provided by local youth bands, and open gym for free play will also be offered.

Funds raised through the event will support no-fee Straight Outta School “Play For All” after school recreational programs at Wellesley Middle School.

Pre-registration is $20-individual/$40-family ($25/$45 at the door.) Refreshments and snacks will be available for sale.
