Donate to Relay for Life and be the Wellesley principal’s pal

RELAY FOR LIFE — Donate A Luminaria For $10
HELP DR. CHISUM WIN THE PRINCIPAL’S COMPETITION!

Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The Relay for Life of Needham, Dedham, and Wellesley is a family and community oriented event where we raise awareness about cancer, celebrate survivors, remember loved ones who have lost the battle, and we fight back.

Relay For Life will take place this year on Saturday, May 20, at 1155 Central Ave., Newman Elementary in Needham at 4pm.

This year there is a new twist to our Relay: Each town has nominated the principal of its high school as its Hero in Purple (the official color of Relay for Life).  The town whose principal raises the most money will get top billing in the Relay the following year.  So, for example, if Dr. Chisum raises the most money, next year’s Relay may be called the Wellesley, Needham, and Dedham, Relay for Life.

Consider donating a Luminaria for $10 through this very important cause and support our Hero in Purple, Dr. Jamie Chisum, at the same time!

Look out, Needham and Dedham principals. Our guy, Principal Chisum, is one scrappy competitor.
