It’s time for dance auditions! Have you chosen your studio?

Local dance studios are holding auditions now for their competitive dance teams. Dancers at the competitive level who are serious about taking their technique to the next level are just as serious about choosing the studio that will help them succeed in regional and national competitions. LINX Dance Studio, certified in Acrobatic Dance, will hold public auditions for Dance Team and Company on May 18 and 19 for kids grades K -12 at the LINX studios at 141 Linden St., Wellesley.

Dance instructors are key to competitive training

All LINX dancers are taught and challenged by qualified instructors currently dancing at a professional level. Instructors teach to the group and create a supportive community centered on good sportsmanship, honesty, trust, hard work, kindness, respect and spirit while teaching to each student’s individual learning style.

Safety

LINX Dance Studio is certified in the art of acrobatic dance to provide safe and effective programs for young dancers as they learn acrobatic elements in choreography. The studio is certified by Acrobatic Arts, and is the only studio in Wellesley with this status. LINX dancers enjoy five studios with sprung floors, which are better for developing bodies than traditional hard dance floors. Students feel safe as they learn proper technique at the competitive level.

LINX Dancers win awards at Elite Dance Challenge in Bellingham, MA.

Positive environment

The studio atmosphere encourages every child to grow and succeed to his or her fullest potential as a dancer/performer while creating a true camaraderie among team members and lasting friendships. Instructors are committed to ensure a community where everyone feels comfortable to experience all elements of dance: confidence, coordination, creativity, grace, musicality, rhythm, self-esteem and technique, through a fun and positive environment.

For more information about team auditions or other LINX programs, visit LINX or call 781-235-3210.
