Another fashion metamorphosis has taken place at 180 Linden St. in Linden Square. National Jean became Tobey Grey in 2014, and now Tobey Grey has given way to Denim & Soul, a high-end denim retailer that caters to women and men.
Denim & Soul, which evolved from an earlier operation called The Blues Jean Bar that of course never would have flown in Wellesley, runs stores across the country, from here and in Newton, to Illinois, Florida, California and more.
Tobey Grey in February said on its social media accounts that “Our Wellesley location is temporarily closed while we are merchandising for spring!!…More exciting news to come soon!!!”
Now we know!!!!
