Beyond Wellesley: Fran’s Flowers changes locations

Fran's Flowers — Fran’s Flowers has moved from the old Building 19 parking lot to 1391 Worcester St., off Shopper’s World Drive. You know exactly where it is — it’s that parking lot snow farm area that always somehow has a shopping cart perched at the very top of the snow mountain every winter. Thanks to Fran, that once-sketchy little spot is now filled with beautiful flowers.

Fran's Flowers — The Wellesley Gardeners’ Guild, a club that has agreed to keep me on as a sustaining member, has long sourced much of their plant materials from Fran’s for the Wellesley Hills and Wellesley Square post office boxes plantings. These look so healthy thanks in part to Fran, but mostly thanks to me since it was my week to water and deadhead.
