Linden Square garden celebrates first harvest

It looks as though Linden Square has had better luck fending off rabbits from its vegetable garden than I have this summer. The Wellesley shopping and dining area is celebrating the harvest of lettuce from the raised beds that property manager Federal Realty worked with local Boy Scouts to erect.

The Horticultural Center at Needham’s Charles River Center is maintaining and harvesting the garden, and delivering the produce to the Wellesley Food Pantry.
