It’s not just students’ moving vans on Storrow Drive in Boston that get clipped by bridges.
A Swellesley reader shared this photo of a van that appeared to get the worst of it when being carried by a tractor trailer truck under the Rte. 16 bridge on Rte. 9 eastbound on Wednesday afternoon. Lots of police cars were on the scene.
“You will note that the top of the van on the truck was scraped off and paid the price,” writes James Gehan, who shared the photo with us.
Wellesley Police also posted about the incident.
