The Wellesley Conservation Council invites you to join your neighbors for hot cider and donuts at Cronk’s Rocky Woodland
WHEN: Sunday, November 5, at 3pm
WHERE: 18 Crown Ridge Road
Come enjoy an open fire, explore the charming Hansel and Gretel cottage, and learn how you can help Cronk’s continue. Gertrude Cronk established the woodland garden in the 1930s and donated it to the WCC in 1977 in memory of her husband. It is maintained to preserve wild flowers, plants, and trees and is open year round for the enjoyment of all.
The Woodland is one of ten sanctuaries held in trust by the WCC.

Swelleslers – The link in the original post is pointing to some address near the Turnpike in Westborough. I presume that is incorrect, and that you meant the Crown Ridge Road in Wellesley between, roughly, Oak St. and Weston Rd.
Thanks for this, Issac. I’ve corrected the link to point readers to the correct location.
This property is a real gem we want more adults and children in town to know about and explore it. You can see a short video of our cleanup and open gardens event we held last spring here: http://www.wellesleyconservationcouncil.org/cronks-rocky-woodland.html
Thanks again to girl, boy, and eagle scouts, along with ALYUS, who volunteered!
