Don’t be left out of the Wellesley Turkey Trot — the super-fun annual event always sells out, and right now there are fewer than 300 bibs left. It’s a no-bandits event, so don’t think you can just roll out of bed and jump in. Last year the fundraiser took in a total of $84,000 that was then dispersed to local charities in the areas of cancer and medical research, education, and community service.
Registration is expected to sell out by next week, so don’t be a turkey…get on the (butter) ball and sign up now for the Thursday, November 23 race. (Yes, that’s Thanksgiving Day).
