The Wellesley Free Library Foundation will hold a fundraising gala to benefit the library at the Wellesley Country Club on April 5, 2018. Two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning author and historian David McCullough will be on hand, and author and beloved Wellesley High School teacher, David McCullough Jr. will introduce his dad at this special event. You may remember that McCullough Jr. caused quite a stir a few years ago with his You’re Not Special graduation day speech.
If you care to help sponsor this little soiree, $10,000 will get you a Corporate Patron Sponsorship. If that’s too rich for your blood you can be a Library Patron Sponsor for $1,250; and there are all sorts of other designations in between.
A VIP ticket for the event will set you back $500 (but you do get dinner, priority seating and inclusion in the VIP Leadership Reception with all the other swells); and a regular ticket to the dinner and all the fun is $250.
