Meet Victoria Moran, whose new book, co-authored with J.L. Fields, is The Main Street Vegan Academy Cookbook: Over 100 Plant-Sourced Recipes Plus Practical Tips. Victoria is Director of Main Street Vegan Academy, podcast host, and the Oprah-featured author of twelve previous books. A cooking demo will follow with Diana Goldman, a contributor to the cookbook and the creator of BeantownKitchen.com. Free and open to the public.
