Alta Strada’s Wellesley restaurant plans to re-open soon
A sign on the front door of Alta Strada in Wellesley Square informs would-be customers and passersby that the Italian restaurant is closed for repairs and that the business hopes to be serving up pasta again soon.
We inquired about the situation and heard back quickly from Richard Bertin, Alta Strada’s general manager:
“We just re-upped our lease, and being that it’s an 11-year-old restaurant, we wanted to take the time to do some bigger maintenance jobs that require closing for a few days to complete. We’re re-doing our kitchen floors and will be re-opening at the start of the week.”
Other Alta Strada restaurants operate in in Connecticut at Foxwoods, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
