The Rotary Club of Wellesley earlier this month installed its board for 2018-2019 at the Wellesley College Club.
The Rotary Club swore in Paul Simard as its new President. He succeeds Bob Anthony, who served in 2017-2018.
Simard has been a Wellesley resident for 40 years and a Rotary Member since 2016. During his remarks to the group, he indicated that he will champion service projects that offer inspiration and growth to children with limited opportunities.
The rest of the board: John Adams (treasurer); Bill Westerman (president-elect); and Frank Rowbotham (secretary).
The Rotary Club of Wellesley meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7-8pm at the Wellesley College Club and is preceded by a buffet that starts at 6:15pm.
