Wellesley’s Hills Branch and the main library will take part in a cross-community Library Crawl on Wednesday, August 1, 10am – 5pm. The idea is to encourage people to visit numerous libraries to find out what’s special about each and what they have to offer you and your family.
Its a Scavenger Hunt! Start at any library on the list (and get your “passport” with all relevant information). Each library has one thing that you must find and take a picture with. If you get to at least 5 sites and show your pictures to the librarians, you’ll get a highly coveted prize (one prize per family or group)! And then, post your pictures and tag us – we love our social media.
This is an event for all ages – all you need is a love for libraries and transportation. Others involved include libraries in Natick, Dover, Wayland, Framingham, Sudbury and Weston. Here’s a list of all the libraries. Refreshments may be served along the way as well.
Questions? Send them along to emaclennan@minlib.net.
