Wellesley (and other places) votes in the State Primary Election on Tuesday, September 4.
Polling places are open 7am – 8pm. Voters in line by 8pm will be allowed to vote.

The races to decide on are:
US Congress MA-04: Joseph P. Kennedy III (incumbent) and Gary Rucinski
Governor: Jay Gonzalez and Bob Massie
Lt. Governor: Quentin Palfrey and Jimmy Tingle
Secretary of State: Bill Galvin (incumbent) and Josh Zakim
Governor’s Council, District 3 (Wellelsey precincts A, C, D, E, H): Marilyn P. Devaney (incumbent) and Nick Carter
State Senate (Wellesley precincts B, F, G): Kris Aleksov, Jackie Katz, and Becca Rausch
Alice Hanlon Peisch from Wellesley is running unopposed for Representative in General Court.
Broken down by political party:
For Democrats, the contested races are for Governor; Lieutenant Governor; Secretary of State; Representative in Congress; and Senator in General Court.
For Republicans, the contested races are for Senator in Congress; Governor; and Attorney General.
