The Wellesley Society of Artists‘ (WSA) annual show at the Wellesley Free Library features artwork from over 40 exhibiting members and includes works in oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel and mixed media. The WSA is is a community of artists founded in 1933 to promote the fine arts in Wellesley and surrounding towns. The group gives members an opportunity to exhibit their work, provides a supportive environment for stimulating personal creativity, and encourages the sharing of ideas, knowledge, and skills. Wellesley’s own Thom Carter, Wellesley Public Schools’ K – 12 Director of Art, served as judge for this juried show, To purchase one of the many works for sale, contact Nan Daly at 781-444-8028.
