More than three-quarters of active voters in Wellesley went to the polls, and among those winning Wellesley across all precincts were Gov. Charlie Baker, Senator Elizabeth Warren and Attorney General Maura Healey. They all won the state overall as well (full state results).

Wellesley residents voted in favor of state senator challenger Becca Rausch (Dem.) over incumbent Richard Ross (Rep.).

On ballot questions, Wellesley residents voted No on Question 1 (nurse staffing), Yes on Question 2 (limiting election spending) and Yes on Question 3 (transgender rights).
