Wellesley Parents of Performing Students (POPS) invites the community to POPS Cabaret. Be part of a magical evening supporting performing arts in our community on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 7pm at The Center for Arts in Natick
(TCAN). At this benefit event, Wellesley Public Schools parents and supporters of performing arts education will join together in an evening of celebration and community to benefit the K-12 educational program.
Guests will enjoy spectacular live and silent auctions, a delicious strolling dinner by Bakers’ Best, and show-stopping student performances.
The auction offerings will feature a number of incredible experiences including a Hamilton NYC getaway package; oyster and beer tasting at Boston’s highly acclaimed Row 34; and VIP tickets to any 4 performances at Wellesley High School and/or Wellesley Middle School.
“We’re certain that the main draw to this event will be our student performances. These student groups promise to exhilarate and enchant the audience with their talents and passion for performing arts,” said Carol Morrow, co-chair of the event along with Wendy Paul.
One idea for those who cannot join the celebration but want to support POPS: Donate the cost of a POPS Cabaret ticket or two to allow Wellesley Public Schools faculty members to attend free of charge. There is a line item on the online registration form to purchase tickets for faculty members. Your tax-deductible donation will allow our dedicated educators to be part of this special evening.
