The Wellesley High School boys’ (6-2) and girls’ (9-2) varsity basketball teams this coming Friday night (Jan. 18) will be raising funds to support cancer research.
The event this year will support Wellesley Wonder Woman Carol Chaoui and her fund at Dana Farber that supports research in Stage IV breast cancer, and Harry Clark, who has been the girls’ team manager for the past four years, and his fund at Dana Farber that supports research in craniophyrngioma.
All funds raised via a 50/50 raffle, gift basket raffle and cycling event will go directly to the two Dana Farber funds.
