Bees behind Roche Bros.
Federal Realty, the property manager for Linden Square in Wellesley, has partnered with residential and commercial beekeeping company Best Bees to help out the struggling pollinator population.
If you happen to go behind Roche Bros., in Linden Square you’ll see the hives, which are home to vegan Italian honeybees. The Door No. 7 and Cottage restaurants in Linden Square reportedly will make good use of the honey on their menu.
Other Federal Realty properties in Somerville and New York are also hosting bee colonies.
Cheesey does it at Wellesley Sports Center
Wellesley Sports Center has announced that Cheesy Street Grill, which has two locations at Mass Pike service plazas, will serve up gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and other comfort foods when the Sports Center opens later this Spring.
