SPONSORED POST: A multi-faceted artist event featuring Michelle Jung will take place through June 8 at Page Waterman, Gallery & Framing in Wellesley Square at 592A Washington St. The week-long show will feature oil on canvas paintings by Michelle Jung. “My hope is to bring attention to the importance of protecting our environment through the historical tradition and practice of representational oil painting,” said Jung.
Jung received an MFA in Painting in 2013 at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, CA. Awards and honors include: Alden Bryan Memorial Award for Landscape from The Guild of Boston Artists 2019 Members Juried Exhibition; 2019 Finalist for the Art Renewal Center’s 14th Annual International Salon; Jurors’ Award for the California Art Club Exhibition: Rural Places and Urban Spaces.
