Lower Falls park pitched
Details are thin here, but the developer at 14-16 Mica Lane in Lower Falls has floated (through the Selectmen’s office) a proposed improvement (plantings, seating area, etc.) to the area behind its building that is within the Town-owned piece that leads from Washington St. to the Department of Conservation and Recreation bridge that crosses the Charles River.
