Wellesley cop cuts driver of snow-covered car a break

A Wellesley police officer was captured on video Wednesday brushing snow off a covered car on Washington Street after he stopped the driver and warned her about unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. Good community policing, which hopefully will encourage this driver to think about others before hopping behind the wheel in bad weather conditions.

Dealing with such abominable snow people is nothing new for Wellesley’s finest.
