Names and faces of runners qualifying for the U.S. Olympic team in the ongoing trials might be familiar to those of you who frequent the track at Wellesley High School.
Among those who have trained at the track and now earned spots on the Olympic roster:
- Elle Purrier St. Pierre and UMass alum Heather MacLean, both in the 1,500-meter race
- Former WHS assistant cross country coach Molly Seidel, in the marathon.
