DESCRIPTION: Engage in a thought-provoking community

discussion inspired by Race: The Power of an Illusion, a compelling PBS documentary that examines race through the lenses of biology, history, and systemic structures.

WOW facilitators will explore excerpts from the documentary series:

• The Difference Between Us – Race and DNA: What science really tells us.

• The Story We Tell – The evolution of racial ideas and their impact on society.

• The House We Live In – How institutions have shaped racial inequality.

Facilitated by Michelle Chalmers and Rama K. Ramaswamy, this event promises to challenge perspectives, spark dialogue, and inspire action.
