The Wellesley Planning Board is seeking candidates for its soon to be vacant Associate Member position. The principal role of the Associate Member is to participate as a voting member of the Board on special permit applications in the event that one of the Board’s five regular
members is unable to participate.
Despite limited voting authority, the Board views the Associate Member as a member of the Board, one who can also serve as the Board’s liaison to other Boards and Commissions in Town.
The Board welcomes interested residents who would like to contribute to the discussion and consideration of important issues facing the Town.
