While most of the construction work on Weston Road is taking place near Rte. 9, the Weston Road/Linden Street intersection is also getting in on the action this week.
National Grid is conducting emergency repair work on Linden Street near Weston Road. As a result, the Wellesley Police Department reports that traffic has been limited to westbound only on Linden between Crest Road and Weston Road. Detours are in place, and officers are on scene.
We’ve been able to dodge the area, but thankfully Swellesley reader Kevin McDonald was able to share some photos of the scene.
