The latest Wellesley MA business news:
Amarin of Thailand closes, Rani Mahal to open
We reported last fall that Amarin of Thailand at 27 Grove St. would be closing this year, and indeed it recently shut down. The space may not be vacant long though, as a sign has appeared in the window promoting a new restaurant called Rani Mahal that promises “authentic Indian & Nepali dining” and a “grand lunch buffet.”
Amarin had been doing business in town at the Rotunda Building since 1990.
Amarin may resurface in Wayland. We’ve reached out to the restaurant to confirm any plans.
Another Indian restaurant, Virsa the Punjab, is slated to open at the former Toscana’s space in Wellesley Square.

Lash L’Amour out, Rêve Salon in
Beauty salon Lash L’Amour has moved out of 576 Washington St., after 7 years at the location, consolidating at its Newton space.
Coming soon to the Wellesley spot will be Rêve Salon, which is expanding beyond its Newton location.
