Wellesley resident launches Lunch on the Charles restaurant

Newish Wellesley resident Abe Wurster, who has spent about half of his life working in restaurants, has now opened his own sandwich/soup/salad shop in South Natick: Lunch on the Charles.

His path to this point has been unusual to say the least.
