The Wellesley Service League will hold its Men’s Group Speaker Series on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2pm, at the Wellesley Friendly Aid Building, 219 Washington St. Gregory J. Goostray, CFP, head of Private Wealth Management at WisdomTree Asset Management, will speak about the mechanics and uses of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).
Greg is a financial professional with over 40 years of experience in investment products. Educating investors on ETFs since 1997, he has presented to advisors around the country on the use of ETFs in portfolio construction and as trading instruments. Throughout various roles at State Street, Greg was part of their ETF group for 15 years. Greg currently leads the Private Wealth business for WisdomTree Asset Management, a New York based investment firm.
In this talk Greg will discuss the ins and outs of ETFs; how to best utilize them to gain exposure to various areas of the markets—both domestically and internationally—and how to effectively construct portfolios based upon their many benefits including transparency, tax efficiency, and cost savings.
