The latest Wellesley, Mass., business news:
My Gym coming to Wellesley Square
Real estate investment and management company Taymil Partners has announced that it has signed a lease with My Gym, which is moving into the 9,600 sq. ft. space at 34 Central St. They’re looking to open in the next couple of months.
This should be an easy transition for My Gym, as this space was formerly home to another gym, We Rock the Spectrum. That sensory-friendly gym closed at the end of September. Sensory-focused programming isn’t My Gym’s focus, but they do offer “Super Stars” classes based on demand.
“My Gym will be a great addition to Wellesley, offering engaging classes for children ranging from 6-week-old infants to 10-year-olds,” according to Taymil Partners’ Aengus McAllister.
Ryan Debin is a franchisee who will open the Wellesley gym and operates several other locations in New England. There are hundreds of My Gym locations worldwide.
