Wellesley Friendly Aid extends sincere thanks to the many community partners who support our mission of “Neighbors Helping Neighbors.” Wellesley Service League provides delicious lunches, rides, and companionship for our weekly Friendship Circle Program for senior women, and contributes generously to our annual Camp Fund Appeal.
National Charity League and Young Men’s Service League assist with monthly Sunday Bingo events and our annual Holiday Luminary Night Suppers for seniors and public‑housing residents, contributing to a welcoming intergenerational experience.
The Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club supports our housing outreach socials and donates Roche Bros. gift cards for our holiday assistance program. Wellesley Friendly Aid relies on individual and corporate donations to fund emergency financial aid, community programs, and summer camp scholarships. We are grateful as well for the medical equipment donations we loan to Wellesley residents. Thanks to these strong community partnerships, Wellesley Friendly Aid has been able to serve Wellesley residents since its incorporation in 1909.
