Tuition rates for Wellesley private schools, 2026-27

June 16, 2026 by Deborah Brown

Wellesley, Mass. is home to four private schools—Dana Hall; St. John School; Star Academy; and Tenacre Country Day School.

Most schools have posted their 2026-2027 tuition rates, which range from $13,850/year for St. John School on up to $79,925 for boarding students at Dana Hall.

Hey, at least K-12 tuition isn’t topping $60k, as at Babson College, or $70k at Wellesley College.

Schools and colleges are quick to point out that most of their students receive financial aid.
