From the town of Wellesley:
The Wellesley Free Library main branch will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21 due to the parking lot paving project.
Crews will be milling the parking lot, weather permitting. During this phase of the project, the parking lot will have a rough and uneven surface. Drivers and pedestrians should use caution.
The Library will resume regular operating hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22.
This work is a part of a summer project to improve the parking lot and repair the Library entrance on Washington Street. Construction is expected to finish by mid-September.
