You can support The Swellesley Report via tax-deductible donations. While we’re a small for-profit organization, we partner with Tiny News Collective, a nonprofit that supports independent news sites like ours.
If donating through a donor-advised fund (DAF), use Tiny News Collective’s EIN (85-3963369) and denote that the donation is for The Swellesley Report.

Tiny News Collective is a non-profit whose mission is to support new and early stage local news founders like ourselves. When you donate through Tiny News Collective, they will in turn pass the money through to us as a grant, minus a small cut to support their operations.
We use donated funds to support everything from technology updates to intern stipends. We have lots of behind-the-scenes costs, such as web hosting and newsletter distribution software, plus as small business owners, we have various insurance and other expenses.
