Wellesley realtor Debi Benoit will speak on “The National Real Estate Market” during the opening day of Wellesley-Weston Lifetime Learning’s (WWLL) 10-week spring semester. The talk is the leadoff presentation of the American Issues class, which has a different speaker each week. The class is open to seniors from all communities. Prospective new students are welcome to sample a variety of WWLL courses for free for two weeks. Full-time enrollment for one class is $40 and $70 for two classes. Ms Benoit, principal, Benoit, Mizner and Simon, has been ranked among the top 100 Real Estate Professionals in the nation by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends.
