April 2, 2018 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pmFree
A six-session Blues and Harmonica course, open to seniors from all communities, kicks off at Wellesley-Weston Lifetime Learning. Visitors may sample Monday morning WWLL courses for free; full-time students pay $40. Kent Kissinger has taught this course to rave reviews for 20 years in many New England venues. Each class session will consist of a combination of blues history, listening to prerecorded samples of famous blues masters, and simple blues harmonica ensemble instruction suitable for novices. Harmonicas will be available for $5. For questions about WWLL courses, see the wwllcourses.org website, send emails to [email protected], or call 781-205-4204.
